The delivery method as included in the price of all products listed on this website vary depending on the final weight of the product. Goods weighing under 5kg are delivered via overnight air express. Larger orders of goods weighing over 5kg are delivered via road delivery service. If you require any specific job weighing over 5kg to be delivered via overnight air express please request a custom quotation.
What if something goes wrong?
We do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email admin@shrewsburyprint.co.uk detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
How long does it take for production and delivery?
Our standard turnaround time for most products is within 3-7 business days plus delivery. Products requiring advanced finishing such as Presentation Folders, NCR Books and Spot UV Varnishing will take longer.
PLEASE NOTE: Unforeseen production delays can and will occur, this may increase production times.
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
No sorry we can only deliver to a street address.
